These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and pak5d ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pak5d website located at https://pak5d.club and all associated services, applications, games, and features.

By accessing the pak5d platform — whether by browsing, registering, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any wager — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account if one has been created.

These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form an integral part of your agreement with pak5d. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless otherwise stated.

Access to pak5d is subject to strict eligibility criteria. By registering or using the platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age. pak5d enforces this age restriction absolutely and without exception.
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party and are playing with your own funds.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from pak5d or any affiliated platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a pak5d employee who has access to non-public information that could provide unfair advantage in gameplay.

pak5d reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation. This KYC (Know Your Customer) process is conducted in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards.

Each eligible user is permitted to hold one account only on the pak5d platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent ban of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. You are responsible for updating your account information promptly should any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. pak5d will never contact you asking for your password. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available, which pak5d strongly recommends.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Notify pak5d support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

pak5d accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the cause is attributable to your failure to maintain account security. All actions taken using valid account credentials will be considered actions of the account holder.

pak5d supports a range of local and international payment methods to serve Pakistani players conveniently. Accepted methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa/Mastercard, and USDT TRC-20.

Deposits: All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless you are depositing via USDT TRC-20, in which case the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction will apply. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your account within minutes. pak5d does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 10 minutes to JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Pakistani bank accounts during normal operating hours. pak5d reserves the right to conduct standard identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above defined thresholds. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method previously used for deposit or a verified method linked to your account.

• Funds in your pak5d account may only be used for gaming purposes on the platform.
• pak5d does not pay interest on account balances.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal (see Section 5).
• pak5d reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification or fraud investigation.
• Deposits made via payment methods not registered to the account holder will be reversed.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. A wagering requirement (also called a "playthrough requirement") must be met before bonus-derived funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific multiplier (e.g., 30x, 35x) will be stated in each offer. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute at a reduced rate.

General Bonus Rules:

• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• pak5d reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if fraudulent activity, multi-accounting, or bonus abuse is detected.
• Bonuses have validity periods — unused bonus funds will expire after the period stated in the offer.

pak5d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have not yet met wagering requirements at the point of cancellation will have the bonus funds removed from their account.

All games available on pak5d — including slots, live casino, crash games, Mines, sports betting, and Plinko — are operated under certified fair play standards. Random Number Generator (RNG) games use independently audited RNG systems. Sports Betting: The pak5d sportsbook offers betting on cricket (PSL, Test, T20 Internationals), football, and other sports. The following rules apply:

Casino Games: Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all casino games are displayed in the game information section. pak5d does not manipulate game outcomes. Technical malfunctions void all affected pays and plays — in such cases, the transaction will be reversed and the stake returned to your account balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pak5d and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent activity: Use of stolen credit cards, fraudulent payment methods, or misrepresentation of identity.
• Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Money laundering: Using pak5d to deposit, layer, or withdraw proceeds of unlawful activity. pak5d operates full AML monitoring and will report suspicious transactions to relevant financial intelligence units.
• Software exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks with your bank or payment provider for deposits that were legitimately processed and used for wagering.
• Harassment: Threatening, abusing, or harassing pak5d staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Underage access: Knowingly allowing or facilitating access to pak5d by persons under 21.

pak5d is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We believe gaming should be an entertaining activity, not a financial strategy or a source of distress. As part of this commitment, pak5d provides a full suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from your account dashboard:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content.
• Use pak5d branding, logos, or trademarks in any context without prior written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any pak5d software.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform without authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of pak5d intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may expose you to legal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak5d and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue resulting from technical malfunctions, connectivity issues, or system outages.
• Losses arising from delays in deposit or withdrawal processing outside pak5d's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Interruption or suspension of services for maintenance, upgrades, or regulatory compliance.
• Any reliance on information published on the platform that subsequently proves inaccurate.

pak5d's total liability to you in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit pak5d's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time.

Player-Initiated Closure: You may request to close your account at any time by contacting pak5d support. Pending the closure, you may withdraw any remaining real-money balance subject to standard verification requirements. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

pak5d-Initiated Termination: pak5d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, and withhold associated funds for investigation, where:

• There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or multi-accounting.
• The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age.
• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• We are required to do so by law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.
• The account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Where termination results from a breach by the player, pak5d reserves the right to forfeit outstanding balances. In all other cases, legitimate real-money balances will be returned to the player via their most recently used payment method following successful identity verification.

pak5d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes may be made to reflect updates in applicable law, changes in platform features, new payment methods, or adjustments to operational policies.

When material changes are made, pak5d will notify registered users via the email address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the platform homepage for a minimum of 14 days prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of pak5d after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account before the changes take effect.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international licensing framework under which pak5d operates.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute between you and pak5d, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our support team at the email address provided in the footer of this page. pak5d commits to responding to all formal complaints within 5 business days and to making every reasonable effort to resolve disputes amicably.

If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable licensing authority. The arbitration will be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

You agree that any claim must be brought in your individual capacity and not as part of any class, consolidated, or representative action.
